METHOD OF DELIVERY
Shipments can only be shipped via courier.
When posting your order, you select the postal address to which you would like the order to be sent, in the SHIPMENT ADDRESS section. After completing your order you will receive an email with your order analysis and shipping number. With this number you can control its course.
The courier company we work with is ACS Courier.
If you would like a gift wrap please mention it in your order notes. The gift box is free of charge.
Shipping cost
- Free shipping and shipping costs for orders of 50 € or more.
- Shipping costs € 2.00 per order for orders under 50 €.
- If you choose to pay by installment, there is an extra charge of € 1.60 if your order is under € 50.
Delivery time
Orders are received within 1-3 business days. In some cases where product availability is different (listed on product page as limited inventory or unavailable) you will be notified of the delivery date.
In case your order cannot be executed for reasons of force majeure (bad weather, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to let us know if you wish it to be shipped or shipped.
Please note that for distances over 15 kilometers from cities where the partner courier is located and in some remote islands there may be an additional delay in delivery (due to inaccessible area).
You can view your order status at any time through your Account information by selecting the "Orders" section.

Pay on delivery
You will pay upon receipt of the ordered products to the destination you have selected. This payment method is only available for shipments within Greece.
